Infinity Stone Ventures Corp (CSE:GEMS) said it has begun the application process to dual list its shares on Upstream, a trading app for digital securities and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) powered by Horizon Fintex and MERJ Exchange Limited.
The company said the planned dual listing on Upstream was designed to provide it with the opportunity to access a global, digital-first investor base that can trade using USDC digital currency along with credit, debit, PayPal, and US dollars, unlocking liquidity and enhancing price discovery while globalizing the opportunity to invest in Infinity Stone.
Infinity Stone is the first Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) listed issuer to apply for dual-listing on Upstream, the company noted.

Infinity CEO Zayn Kalyan said building shareholder value and increasing our liquidity was always a high priority for Infinity Stone as a company.
“We believe a dual listing on Upstream will act as an excellent vehicle to reach an untapped international market of potential new shareholders," Kalyan said.
Infinity Stone’s mission is to be a diversified, single-source supplier for the critical energy metals being used in the clean energy revolution alongside its established Software-as-a-Service (Saas) solution portfolio.
