Hapbee Technologies Inc (TSX-V:HAPB, OTCQB:HAPBF) has inked a new agreement with Smart City technology specialist LocoMobi World Inc, for a joint project to develop an innovative driver safety and performance app.
It envisages a software solution that enabling drivers to utilize Hapbee’s bio-streams which can enhance awareness and safety instead of ingesting stimulants.
The solution is expected to be developed utilizing both driver-selected or automated Hapbee Signal delivery, via in-vehicle seats.
"Collaborating with LocoMobi World provides a fantastic opportunity to explore a new potential application for Hapbee's technology that targets the global challenge of improving driver safety," said Hapbee CEO Yona Shtern said in a statement.
"Building Hapbee's technology directly into vehicles and integrating with driver biometrics and vehicle data is an exciting prospect for our technology. It could represent a compelling long-term growth vector for Hapbee."
Hapbee is described as a digital wellness technology company. It has developed a catalogue of routines which, using ultra-low radio frequency energy (ulRFE), can help optimise wellness in regards to sleep, productivity and focus, recovery, and downtime.
Its services are delivered to users through subscriptions.
The company intends to deliver its driver solution through LocoMobi World's AI-based mobility portal, which embeds directly into vehicles.
