He is expected to bring a wealth of experience in sales and partnerships which Gamelancer anticipates will bring a fresh perspective and set the stage for growth and expansion for Gamelancer Media.

With 37.5 million followers across North America, the UK, and Australia, Mychasiw sees Gamelancer as an ideal opportunity for brands to tap into the highly sought after 18-to-34 audience.

His mission is to work with current brands while developing new relationships with potential partners.

Mychasiw's goal is not only to show value to partners and shareholders but to help Gamelancer build and fragment the space so that everyone wins.

The new Gamelancer executive’s journey started in a nitty-gritty startup agency, focused on sports marketing, alongside Canadian Olympic champion Bruny Surin.

Together they built an agency of 65 athletes, with Mychasiw learning the hustle and bustle of the sports industry on his way to becoming chief operating officer of the agency.

Key to the role was meeting and connecting athletes with brands and creating meaningful relationships.

Mychasiw later pivoted, via an agency called Ethics, again working in sports marketing generating partnerships with brands such as Crypto.com, leading to the first crypto partnerships in professional sports.

Now at Gamelancer, Mychasiw plans to make an immediate impact by reconnecting with current brands, finding new clients and agencies.

He intends to showcase Gamelancer's strengths, such as its presence among the 18-to-34 demographic, and is planning to work with agencies that do not have access to professional studios and social media tools, to ensure they receive the coverage and press they deserve.

With an impressive resume and experience, it’s looking like Mychasiw is primed to be a good fit for the dynamic games media operation at Gamelancer Media.

Investors will undoubtedly be watching on keenly for signs of commercial progress and traction as Gamelancer advances its programme of growth and expansion.
