Black Swan Graphene updates investors on corporate developments

Black Swan Graphene (TSX-V:SWAN) Inc told investors that its shareholders have approved its previously filed Omnibus Incentive Plan and the grant of 15,175,000 stock options and 7,875,000 restricted share units to the directors and officers of the company.

Announcing a slew of recent corporations, the company noted that it had also entered into two debt settlement agreements dated February 10, 2023, under which it has agreed to settle $298,320 of debt currently owed to the creditors at a deemed price of $0.21 per share resulting in the issuance of 1,420,571 common shares.

Closing of the debt settlement is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of TSX Venture Exchange approval, Black Swan Graphene (TSX-V:SWAN) said.

Further, the company said it has engaged Independent Trading Group (ITG) to assist with market-making activities. ITG is Canada’s only brokerage firm dedicated specifically to professional trading, it noted.

Additionally, the company has engaged MIC Market Information and Content Publishing GmbH to provide investor awareness services.

Black Swan Graphene is focused on the large-scale production and commercialization of patented high-performance and low-cost graphene products aimed at several industrial sectors, including concrete, polymers, Li-ion batteries, and others, which are expected to require large volumes of graphene.
