Electra Battery Materials Corp Vice President Joe Racanelli joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company achieved a major step forward with successfully completing the first plant-scale recycling of black mass material in North America. This process was able to cover critical metals, including nickel, cobalt, and manganese. Racanelli telling Proactive these critical metals are key for the electric vehicle battery supply chain. The company is planning to extend the test beyond the 75 tonnes that was planned.
