Atlantic Lithium in talks over Ghana investment in company

Atlantic Lithium Limited (AIM:ALL, OTCQX:ALLIF, ASX:A11) said the Minerals Income Investment Fund (MIIF) of Ghana has expressed an interest in investing up to US$30mln in the company.

Discussions are ongoing, said the statement, though it added there can be no certainty that any such investment will be made by MIIF or on what terms such an investment might be made.

MIIF is a state-run fund dedicated to investing in Ghana’s minerals sector.

Atlantic Lithium’s Ewoyaa project is in Ghana and the company believes it can develop into one of the world’s largest and most efficient hard rock lithium producers.
