As well as Baker Hughes, Sullivan spent time at BHP Billiton Petroleum on its West Texas, Permian Basin and deepwater offshore Trinidad and Tobago projects.
Powerhouse Energy Group PLC (AIM:PHE) has appointed Karol Michal Kacprzak as a non-executive director An Associate Professor at the Faculty of Chemistry at Adam Mickiewiez Univerisity in Poznan, Poland, Kacprzak is an expert in organic and medicinal chemistry and was formerly chief executive of Stomil-Poznan, a Polish state-owned tyre and rubber manufacturer.
