TNR Gold Executive Chairman Kirill Klip joins Natalie Stoberman from the Proactive studios to announce the sale of Ganfeng's Mariana Lithium NSR Royalty project to Lithium Royalty Corp.
Lithium Royalty Corp. purchased the 0.5% NSR Royalty from TNR Gold for $9 million. The deal also includes TNR holding a 1.5% net smelter return royalty on Mariana, including a 0.15% NSR royalty held on behalf of a shareholder.
