Technology Minerals PLC (LSE:TM1) chairman Robin Brundle speaks to Proactive's Thomas Warner from associate company Recyclus' lithium-ion battery processing plant in Wolverhampton, which is now one step closer to starting up.
Brundle says that the issuing of Recyclus with a Schedule 5 Notice by the Environment Agency (EA) should be a "final gateway in the permitting and licencing process" for the site.
