S & U PLC (LSE:SUS) named Ed Ahrens as an executive director with immediate effect.
Ahrens first joined the speciality motor finance and property bridging lender in 2014.
Since then, according to a statement, he has successfully led the group’s property bridging business, providing sensible diversification, following its inception in early 2017.
"We are delighted that Ed has accepted our invitation to join the S&U Board,” said chairman Anthony Coombs.
“Ed has overseen an excellent performance in our property bridging business in recent years and his wide-ranging skills will help further the successful development of Aspen Bridging and enhance the S&U Board."
