Fabled Copper Corp. (CSE:FABL) has announced results of 2022 surface field work on its Muskwa Copper Project in British Columbia, discovering samples with grades as rich as 19.9% copper and 21.9% copper on the Eagle Creek copper occurrence located on the Neil Property.
The junior mining exploration company said on the first survey, the area was sampled over a vertical altitude of 118 meters (m) and 5 float samples were collected, 4 of which assayed greater than 0.50% copper.
“The Eagle Creek copper occurrence was visited by a 2-person field team consisting of a geologist and geo technician on two occasions during the summer field season,” Fabled Copper CEO Peter Hawley said in a statement.

“Of the 10 samples collected, 8 or 80% assayed greater than 0.5% copper,” Hawley added.
Fabled noted that sample D-723600 taken 200m below of similar iron quartz carbonate returned 0.9% copper, while the final sample of the traverse 2m below of similar float material assayed 1.3% copper.
The company added that additional releases on the 2022 exploration program of the Muskwa area will be forthcoming in the following weeks.
The Eagle Creek copper occurrence is located roughly 1.5 kilometres east of the 6400 Eagle Vein adit where the 2022 underground LIDAR survey was completed, according to the company.
Fabled Copper's current focus is to create value for stakeholders through the exploration and development of its existing copper properties located in northern British Columbia.
The company’s Muskwa Copper Project is comprised of the Neil Property, the Toro Property and the Bronson Property.
