"Doug is a great addition to the Core leadership team and we look forward to working with him as we complete the Finniss Lithium Project and establish our lithium business in 2023.”
Warden began his career with KPMG and Ernst & Young and since then has developed extensive experience in the mining industry in Australia, the United States and Africa.
The new CFO will start his role on April 17, 2023, following an effective transition from interim CFO Andrew Forman.
“I am pleased to be joining Core Lithium at such an exciting time in the evolution of the business. I look forward to working with the Core team and building on the great work that has been done to develop a lithium business in the Northern Territory,” Warden said.
