MCF Energy Ltd CEO James Hill joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has entered into a a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire German company Genexco. Hill telling Proactive this company holds licences for two natural gas prospects, including the Reudnitz gas accumulation. The company also has a database of geological, seismic, and well data for 10 additional project areas. The company also has a very experienced leadership team as well.
