MAS Gold Corp (TSX-V:MAS, OTCQB:MSGCF) has announced a summary of voting results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on January 26, 2023,
At the AGM, the company noted that shareholders voted in favor of the election of Ronald Netolitzky, Steven Goldman, Robert Matthews, Rodney Spooner and James Engdahl as directors.
The appointment and remuneration of Smythe LLP as its auditor for the ensuing year, the creation of Ronald Netolitzky as a control person, and the company’s stock option plan also received favorable votes.

Other business brought before the meeting was the MAS Gold Option Agreement with Eros Resources. The company said the TSX Exchange is processing approval on the option agreement and in order to provide final approval on this transaction the exchange requires valuation as per Policy 5.9(b), which is aimed at protecting minority security holders in special transactions. MAS Gold said the companies have jointly engaged Evans & Evans Inc to prepare an Estimate Valuation Report, which has been submitted to the Exchange. A copy of the completed report was presented to the shareholders who voted in favor of the option agreement.
MAS Gold also announced the retirement of Laurie Thomas as its vice president of investor relations.

MAS Gold is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on advancing its gold exploration projects in the prospective La Ronge Gold Belt of Saskatchewan.
The company operates four properties in the belt, including the Preview-North, Greywacke Lake, Elizabeth Lake and Henry Lake Properties totalling 35,175.6 hectares (86,920.8 acres). These properties extend along the geologically prospective La Ronge, Kisseynew and Glennie Domains that make up the La Ronge Gold Belt in north-central Saskatchewan.
MAS Gold currently has five advanced deposits including the North Lake, Greywacke North, Preview SW, Contact Lake, and Point gold deposits.
