Celsius Resources Ltd (ASX:CLA) has tapped Paul Dudley to be a non-executive director on the board and chair of the company's Audit Committee, effective January 30, 2023.
Dudley holds more than 25 years of experience in business, having worked across the natural resources, corporate finance, regulatory and financial services sectors.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of England and Wales and a Member of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.
Paul qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC and while at WH Ireland plc, he worked as a qualified executive for the purposes of the AIM Rules, acting as a Nominated Adviser from 2004-2007.

“We are very pleased to have Mr Dudley with us as a member of the Celsius board,” Celsius Resources chair Julito R Sarmiento said.
“His experience and financial expertise in the UK markets complements well with the competency of the board and will be instrumental in propelling the company to greater heights, especially now that we have listed on the AIM.”
Dudley also serves as a director of several listed and unlisted companies, including Rockwood Strategic plc, Gresham House plc, Sigma Capital Group (AIM:SGM) plc and the London Stock Exchange.
He is also an independent director of TISE-listed Pyne Gould Corporation Ltd, and founder of Aer Ventures Limited, an investment advisory company that is authorised and regulated by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority.
