BATM Advanced Communications Ltd (LSE:BVC), a provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, has named Ran Noy as its new chief financial officer (CFO), effective immediately.
The appointment comes after the promotion of former CFO, Moti Nagar, to the post of chief executive.
The 43-year-old has been serving as vice president of finance at BATM since joining the company in 2021.
In this role, he supported Nagar in managing regulatory obligations with the London and Tel Aviv Stock Exchanges.
Prior to BATM, Noy spent 10 years at ADAMA Ltd, a global agri-chem business, where he served as financial reporting manager.
