Nextech AR Solutions Corp. (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) has announced the launch of a major upgrade to its AI-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, Toggle3D, that enables the creation, design, configuration and deployment of 3D models at scale, using CAD files.

In addition to the new modern look and design, the company said it has launched an AI-generated Physics Based Rendering (PBR) material creation tool that now allows for the scale of photorealistic materials, which it expects to accelerate signups for the platform.

ACME Lithium Inc. (CSE:ACME, OTCQB:ACLHF) and ASTERRA, an Israel-based satellite technology company, have announced a teaming agreement to identify lithium-specific targets.

ACME Lithium will be the first company in the US to utilize ASTERRA's Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data analytics, patented algorithms and artificial intelligence to identify such targets, the company said.

American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ:AREC) has announced that Kenai Defense Company LLC has secured a contract for the development of its exclusive patents with the Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC).

The company said the contract will call for Kenai Defense to work with the AFCEC to develop applications for the use of carbon nanostructures as a functional concrete additive.

Power Nickel Inc (TSX-V:PNPN) said it has retained Karbon-X Corp to retire 159 high-quality Verra VCU (verified carbon units) offsets as it prepares for up to 40,000 metres of drilling in its 2023 drill program.

The company said the 159 carbon offsets will counteract 159 tonnes of greenhouse gas (GHG) emitted by the burning of 60,000 litres of diesel in its exploratory drilling operations and represents its commitment to offsetting its drilling program in the years to come.

Argentina Lithium & Energy Corp (TSX-V:LIT, OTCQB:PNXLF) has reported positive lithium brine values at its Rincon West Project in Salta Province, Argentina, including a 153 metres (m) interval ranging from 329 to 393 milligrams per litre (mg/l) lithium from the sixth diamond drill hole.

The seventh exploration hole is in final steps to completion, with two additional holes planned, the company noted.

Bradda Head Lithium Limited (AIM:BHL, OTCQB:BHLIF, TSX-V:BHLI) has updated investors regarding a previously announced delay to its assay results, from recent drilling at the San Domingo project, with the findings now expected from the labs during this quarter.

The company, in a statement, noted that assay labs in North America are stretched in their capacity and the holiday period has further added to the existing delays. It previously flagged the delay in November.

Looking Glass Labs has announced that Adam Deffett has resigned from its board of directors to pursue other endeavours. The board thanked Deffett for his service to the company during his tenure as an independent director. Alkaline Fuel Cell Power Corp. World Copper Ltd (TSX-V:WCU, OTCQX:WCUFF) said it has entered into a share purchase agreement with Wealth Minerals Ltd, whereby the company will sell to Wealth two million common shares in the capital of Electric Royalties Ltd. (ELEC shares) for a purchase price of 25 cents per ELEC share for the aggregate amount of $500,000 cash, subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange. The company also noted that the ELEC shares to be sold to Wealth will be under a contractual restriction on resale until March 2, 2023.

Perk Labs Inc. (CSE:PERK, OTCQB:PKLBF) said it has engaged Independent Trading Group (ITG) to provide market-making services. ITG will trade shares of the company on the CSE and all other trading venues with the objective of maintaining a reasonable market and improving the liquidity of the company's common shares. Under the agreement, ITG will receive compensation of C$5,000 per month, payable monthly in advance. The agreement is for an initial term of three months and will renew for additional one-month terms unless terminated. The agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice. There are no performance factors contained in the agreement and ITG will not receive shares or options as compensation. ITG and the company are unrelated and unaffiliated entities and at the time of the agreement, neither ITG nor its principals have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the company.
