Gratomic Inc. The multinational company with projects in Namibia, Brazil, and Canada, said that the LOI aims to combine Gratomic's raw material supply capabilities with Graphex's downstream processing expertise to solve an industry-wide supply-demand gap by delivering “an end-to-end supply of graphite from mine to battery” with facilities to be in North America.

LeanLife Health (CSE:LLP) told investors that it continues to work with its auditors to complete both its audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, as well as the interim financial statements for the periods ended June 30, 2022, and September 30, 2022, along with the related management discussion and analysis and CEO and CFO certifications. In an update on its Cease Trade Order (CTO), LeanLife said the audit remains ongoing and, as previously disclosed, it is experiencing delays caused by complexities arising from the company’s financials. The CTO will remain in place until the annual filings and the 1Q and 2Q filings are posted to SEDAR and the required regulatory bodies, it added. LeanLife noted it is not currently subject to any insolvency proceedings. It also said that there is no other material information concerning the affairs of the company that has not been generally disclosed.
