4:05pm: Allied Copper, PyroGenesis Canada shares add to gains late day
Allied Copper closed up 32% to $0.205, while PyroGenesis Canada rose 20% to $1.25, Brunswick (NYSE:BC) Exploration finished 13% higher to $0.63, and Beyond Minerals ended up 25% to $0.25.
11:30am: Allied Copper, PyroGenesis Canada shares advance sharply
Allied Copper Corp (TSXV:CPR) shares climbed 29% to $0.20 on Tuesday after the battery-metals focused exploration company announced that its lithium-focused Volt Lithium Corp division has achieved 93% lithium recoveries from its proprietary extraction technology, called IES-200.
As well, shares of PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (TSX:PYR, NASDAQ:PYR) gained 15% to $1.20 as the manufacturer of advanced plasma processes said all of the findings and recommendations made by a leading global aerospace company as part of the on-site audit of its NexGen metal powder production facility have been successfully completed and accepted.

Brunswick (NYSE:BC) Exploration Inc (TSXV:BRW), meanwhile, reported that it has staked additional prospective lithium-cesium-tantalum claims in the James Bay-Eeyou Istchee region of Quebec, and has also optioned a claim block from Globex Mining Enterprises that is adjacent to these new claims, collectively called the Mirage Project. Brunswick (NYSE:BC) Exploration stock moved up 11% to $0.62 following the announcement.
And, Beyond Minerals Inc (CSE:BY) shares rose 25% to $0.25 on Tuesday after the exploration and mineral properties acquisition company announced the acquisition of a 100% undivided interest in 15 contiguous mining claims comprising the Peggy Group Lithium property located about 80 kilometres north of Sioux Lookout in northwestern Ontario, in consideration for $125,000 in cash plus 2.5 million Beyond Minerals common shares.
