Eskay Mining Corp (TSX-V:ESK, OTCQX:ESKYF) stock is one to watch as the company looks to build on a 2022 drill program that saw 29,500 meters of diamond drilling to identify new precious metal-rich volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) deposits at its namesake British Columbia mining project, according to analysts at Noble Capital Markets.
Noble issued an 'Outperform' rating for the company, writing, “We think the company is on its way toward demonstrating that trends of VMS along both the eastern and western limbs of the Eskay anticline are geologically associated with the historic and prolific Eskay Creek mine.”
Additional data is expected back over the next few weeks, the firm noted, including assays from additional holes drilled along the Scarlet Ridge-Tarn Lake Trend, and holes drilled at the TV deposit.

Through its exploration work at Scarlet Knob-Tarn Lake, the company confirmed the presence of a second major trend of gold and silver-rich VMS mineralization at the northern end of the Eastern anticline, which runs parallel to the Eskay anticline that hosts the Eskay Creek deposit located approximately seven kilometers to the west, analysts said.
Looking ahead, Eskay Mining is planning a maiden drilling program at Scarlet Knob and aggressive follow-up drilling at Tarn Lake in British Columbia this year
Toronto-headquartered Eskay is an exploration company focused on the exploration and development of precious and base metals along the Eskay rift in a highly-prolific region of northwest British Columbia known as the "Golden Triangle," 70 kilometers northwest of Stewart.
