Algernon Pharmaceuticals CEO Christopher Moreau joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has announced its subsidiary, Algernon NeuroScience has dosed the first subject in the Phase 1 DMT clinical stroke study. Moreau telling Proactive this dosing was in the Netherlands where the study is being conducted at the Centre for Human Drug Research in Leiden. This study is to use a single-escalating dose design aimed at identifying a safe and tolerable dose that will not produce psychedelic effects.
