HealthBeacon PLC (EURONEXT:HBCN, OTCQX:HBCNF) interim results showed a 57% rise in revenue as the number of units deployed by the Irish health technology firm reached 10,206, up some 144%.
The company told investors that it was able to generate significant momentum despite global supply chain challenges as it added new clients, new products, key hires, and expanding its capabilities and infrastructure.
Gross profit was reported at €87mln and the company said it had €20mln of net cash as of 30 June.
In the results statement HealthBeacon highlighted that its success in the specialty pharmacy services channel has set the foundation for it to become a market leader as it aims to achieve a ten-fold increase in the number of patients that use its technology by 2024.
"HealthBeacon's vision is to become the world's leading digital therapeutics platform for patients managing medications in the home,” said Jim Joyce, HealthBeacon chief executive.
“During H1 2022 we generated significant momentum, despite some meaningful global supply chain challenges, adding important new clients, new products, key hires and expanding our capabilities and routes to market."
