Silver Range Resources Ltd (TSX-V:SNG, OTC:SLRRF) says its partner Rush Gold Corp has completed a geophysical survey at the Skylight property in Nevada, mapping the deeper reaches of a large low-sulfidation epithermal system.

Rush Gold optioned the Skylight property from Silver Range in 2020 and has applied for listing on the Canadian stock exchange, Silver Range said in a statement.

PredictMedix Inc. said it will be "hyper-focused" on commercialization throughout 2023 with plans to secure high-revenue recurring placements for workplaces in industries such as mining, manufacturing, warehousing, construction and other sectors where employee health and safety is of high priority.

In a corporate update, Predictmedix chief operating officer Rahul Kushwah said the company was committed to scaling its Safe Entry stations, which use AI and multispectral cameras to detect health issues, in 2023.

Argentina Lithium & Energy Corp (TSX-V:LIT, OTCQB:PNXLF) said it has appointed Martin Burian, who has had a 30-year career in investment banking to the mining sector, to its board of directors.

The company noted that Burian, who holds ICD.D (Institute of Corporate Directors) and Chartered Professional Accountant designations, is currently managing director at RCI Capital Group and held similar senior positions at Haywood Securities, Bolder Investment Partners and Canaccord Capital. He is an independent member of several other public company boards. Burian's early career was with KPMG where he obtained his CPA and CBV designations.

Anglo Asian Mining PLC (AIM:AAZ, OTC:AGXKF) has revealed that its total production for the twelve months to 31 December 2022 was 57,618 gold equivalent ounces (GEOs), at the top end of its 54,000 to 58,000 guidance (FY 2021: 64,610 GEOs).

For the fourth quarter of 2022, production was 14,532 GEOs (Q4 2021: 15,949 GEOs), the AIM-listed gold, copper and silver producer, which is primarily operating in Azerbaijan, added.

Bradda Head Lithium Limited (AIM:BHL, OTCQB:BHLIF, TSX-V:BHLI) has announced a 22% boost to the lithium resource at its Basin East project in Arizona.

Based on only 1,200 metres of majority infill and some expansion drilling, Bradda Head has added 65,000 tonnes lithium carbonate equivalent to the resource, for an updated total LCE content of 371,000 tonnes.

Africa Oil Corp (TSX:AOI) has said it repurchased a total of 200,000 Africa Oil common shares during the period of January 9, 2023, to January 13, 2023, under the previously announced share buyback program, having recommenced the buyback trades on January 13, 2023. During the period dated, the company repurchased 100,000 Africa Oil common shares on the TSX and/or alternative Canadian trading systems. The repurchases were carried out by Scotia Capital Inc. on behalf of the company. During the same period, the company repurchased 100,000 Africa Oil common shares on Nasdaq Stockholm, and these repurchases were carried out by Pareto Securities on behalf of the company. All common shares repurchased by Africa Oil under the share buyback program will be cancelled.

Nevada Silver Corporation (TSX-V:NSC) said it has been notified that on April 30, 2021, its CEO Gary Lewis, through entities controlled by him, acquired ownership and control of 15.8 million common shares of the company, and that on January 5, 2023, acquired ownership and control over a further 250,000 common shares and 250,000 common share purchase warrants of the company. Immediately prior to the completion of the acquisition of securities of the issuer on April 30, 2021, the acquirer did not have ownership or control or direction over any securities of the issuer. Immediately following the completion of the acquisitions, Lewis through his entities, had ownership of, and exercised control and direction over, an aggregate of 16.05 million common shares of the issuer, representing approximately 17.08% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the issuer on a non-diluted basis and 17.3% of the issued and outstanding common shares on a partially diluted basis. The common shares and warrants of the issuer will be held by the acquirer for investment purposes, Lewis said.

Mandalay Resources Corp. (TSX:MND, OTCQB:MNDJF) said the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) has approved its notice of intention to make a normal course issuer bid (NCIB) for a portion of its common shares and the company may begin to make purchases on or about January 18, 2023. Under the NCIB, Mandalay is permitted to acquire up to 4,622,835 of its common shares in the 12-month period commencing January 18, 2023, and ending on January 17, 2024, which represents 5% of the issued and outstanding common shares as of January 13, 2023. Purchases under the NCIB will be made by Mandalay through the facilities of the TSX and alternative Canadian trading systems. The price that Mandalay will pay for any common shares will be the market price at the time of acquisition. Under TSX rules, the maximum number of common shares that may be purchased during the same trading day is 6,723, subject to Mandalay's ability to make a one-block purchase of the common shares per calendar week that exceed such limit. Any common shares that are purchased under the NCIB will be cancelled upon their purchase by Mandalay. The company will fund the purchases through surplus cash available from its operations.

Global Energy Metals Corp (TSX-V:GEMC) said it has received the approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to amend the terms of the 13,506,500 share purchase warrants that were issued pursuant to three non-brokered private placements that closed in September 2020, May 2021 and March 2022. The exercise price of the warrants is now $0.08. Also, the company will now proceed to make an application for Exchange approval for a warrant exercise incentive program, designed to encourage the early exercise of the warrants. Regency Silver Corp. (TSX-V:RSMX, OTCQB:RSMXF) said it has granted stock options to acquire a total of 2,190,000 shares of the company to directors, officers, employees, and consultants at a price of $0.30, subject to vesting requirements, under its Stock Option Plan. The gold-copper-silver explorer said the options expire five years from the date of grant, subject to the optionees continuing to act as directors, officers, employees or consultants of the company.
