Zeb Nickel (TSX-V:ZBNI, OTC:ZBNIF) Corp has announced that Alex Spiro and Anthony James Nieuwenhuys have been appointed to the company’s board of directors.
Nieuwenhuys joins the board as a non-executive chairman and Spiro as a director, Zeb Nickel (TSX-V:ZBNI, OTC:ZBNIF) said in a statement.
The company noted that Nieuwenhuys has previously held several senior positions and is currently CEO at Eurasia Mining PLC (AIM:EUA), a PGM and battery metals company focused on Russian PGE and battery metals assets.

Zeb Nickel said that Spiro was a well-known litigator and successful investor who has been a partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP since October 2017.
Zeb Nickel CEO Wayne Issacs commented: “We believe that the appointment of both Mr Nieuwenhuys and Mr Spiro to the board will assist in the Company in rapidly advancing the Zeb project towards production."

Greg Mckenzie and Anton Drescher have resigned from the Zeb board of directors, the company added.
Zeb Nickel is focused on exploring for and developing world-class mineral deposits, with a focus on metals that are critical in the production of rechargeable batteries, such as nickel, graphite, lithium, cobalt, manganese, copper, and aluminum.
