Ximen Mining Corp (TSX-V:XIM, OTCQB:XXMMF) told investors it has submitted its final responses to the draft environmental permit for its 100%-owned Kenville Gold Mine in the West Kootenay region of British Columbia’s south-eastern interior.
The company said it will now have a meeting with the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy to confirm all issues have been concluded. Once the meeting is completed and the review period has officially concluded, it expects the final environmental permit will be issued.
Regarding the Mines permit for Kenville, Ximen said all the digitized files of the existing historic reports have been submitted. Discussions with the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation for the completion of determining the bond amount and precise boundary of the area of the permit should be finalized within days. The company said it then expects to immediately receive a draft permit for review and approval by Ximen.

Ximes noted that communication has been open and timely with all parties, and it is apparent that everyone is making their best effort to finalize these permits so that it can begin work.
Ximen Mining owns 100% interest in three of its precious metal projects located in southern British Columbia. Ximen`s two Gold projects are The Amelia Gold Mine and The Brett Epithermal Gold Project. Ximen also owns the Treasure Mountain Silver Project adjacent to the past-producing Huldra Silver Mine.
Currently, its Treasure Mountain Silver Project is under an option agreement. The option partner is making annual staged cash and stocks payments as well as funding the development of the project.
The Kenville Gold mine near Nelson, British Columbia, comes with surface and underground rights, buildings and equipment.
