Blencowe Resources PLC (LSE:BRES) CEO Mike Ralston speaks to Proactive after announcing that the company has received special dispensation from the Ugandan government to export materials from its Orom-Cross graphite project for final metallurgical testing.
Ralston says that Blencowe is "moving very quickly" toward completing a Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) this year.
