First Graphene Ltd (ASX:FGR, OTCQB:FGPHF) has teamed up with Suvo Strategic Minerals Ltd (ASX:SUV) to research and develop low-emission cement and concrete products in a bid to capture the 'green' cement market estimated to be worth US$56 billion by 2027.
Both companies intend to further improve CO2 emission reductions by combining the already successful outcomes achieved from the addition of graphene to cement and concrete with Suvo’s metakaolin.
Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd (TSX-V:GMG, OTC:GMGMF) has announced new moves to support the research and development of its graphene technology and production, which it says will “support and accelerate” the company's next phase of development.
The previously separate Technology and Projects teams will be combined into the Projects Team to better integrate the R&D of graphene production with the development of the graphene production plant, the liquid graphene blend plant and the targeted development of the automated battery manufacturing pilot plant, the company said in a statement.

Iofina PLC (AIM:IOF, OTC:IOFNF), specialists in the exploration and production of iodine and manufacturers of specialty chemical products, has said the company continued to perform well during the fourth quarter of 2022.
During the period, the company said Iofina Resources produced 139 metric tonnes (MT) of crystalline iodine from its IOsorb iodine plants in Oklahoma, taking second-half (H2) 2022 production to 282 MT, which was ahead of the H2 upper forecast range of 255-275 MT. In total, Iofina Resources produced 516 MT of crystalline iodine in 2022.
