SpectrumX Holdings UK Ltd has announced a partnership with SureWash and Ophardt Hygiene to provide a full-service infection prevention solution to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
The solution combines SpectrumX's Spectricept products with SureWash's assessment-based training and education on hand hygiene and Ophardt's real-time monitoring system and product dispensers.
The programme is designed to help reduce infection rates and improve patient care in facilities of all sizes, from private clinics to hospitals.
SureWash will provide customers with assessment-based training and education on the how, why, and when to perform hand hygiene to help to reduce infections, manage risk, and support the achievement of external certification for infection control.
Ophardt Hygiene will provide a full-featured, real-time hand hygiene monitoring system, as well as product dispensers.
This unique biocidal product is intended to aid healthcare professionals in reducing infection rates and improving patient care, and is scalable to fit any size of healthcare facility.
According to Damien Hancox, CEO of SpectrumX, the partnership aims to offer a complete service that is easy to implement and protects healthcare staff, patients, and visitors.

SpectrumX is a UK-based biotech company that develops healthcare products, including a respiratory infection therapy and a hand sanitiser.
Both products use a patented HOCl formulation, which is naturally present in human white blood cells and helps the immune system fight infection. It is also effective at killing bacteria, viruses, and fungi, and is safe for use by humans.
