Live Company Group PLC (AIM:LVCG) said KPOP LUX Limited has signed an agreement to create a concert in Madrid and a three-day festival in London.
KPOP LUX is the event company’s division which organises and promotes K-pop concerts in Asia and Europe.
The agreement was signed with SBS, a broadcast company that put together the K-pop/Flex concert in Frankfurt last year.
The London show will take place between 22 to 24 September at the O2, with tickets on sale in the first quarter of this year.
The concert in Madrid will take place in July at the 52,000-seater Civitas Metropolitano, which is also the home stadium of Spanish football side Atletico Madrid.
SBS will produce both the events.
In a statement, Live Company said the “main financial obligations of KPOP LUX will be met by the relevant event promoters out of advance ticket sales”.
Live Company recently announced that it intended to offer three events in major European cities this year for its K-pop division, expected to generate revenues of £1mln.
