The options are exercisable for one common share of the company at an exercise price of seven cents and have a five-year term. The options are governed by the company's stock option plan ratified by shareholders of the company on December 8, 2022, at the company's annual and special meeting of shareholders and are subject to the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange. Deep-South Resources Inc (TSX-V:DSM) announced it will extend the exercise period of the 15,341,944 share purchase warrants for a further one-year term. The warrants are exercisable at a price of $0.22 per common share and are scheduled to expire January 20, 2023. Upon receipt of TSX Venture Exchange acceptance of this transaction, the warrants will expire after the close of business January 20, 2024. The share purchase warrants were originally issued pursuant to a 30,703,072 unit private placement that closed on January 20, 2021.
