PlantX Life Inc said it is now up to date with all regulatory financial statement filings with the filing of its interim financial statements, associated management’s discussion, and analysis and related officer certifications for the six months ended September 30, 2022.
For the period, the company reported revenue of $8.9 million, compared to $4.7 million for the same period in 2021.
The company narrowed its net loss for the six-month period from $17.8 million in 2021 to $9 million this year.

PlantX Life said as it has filed these interim filings, together with the filing of its audited annual financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2022, along with its associated management discussion and analysis and related officer certifications, that it intends to make an application to the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) for a full revocation of the 'failure to file' cease trade order issued by the BCSC on October 18, 2022, as a result of the company's failure to file the required filings before the prescribed deadlines.
Trading is expected to resume on the Canadian Securities Exchange shortly after the revocation of the cease trade order, the company said.
