Critical Resources Ltd (ASX:CRR) has completed the key due diligence component of a binding Purchase and Sale Agreement with TSX-V listed Power Metals Corp to acquire the Gullwing-Tot Lakes property neighbouring its Mavis Lake Lithium Project in Ontario, Canada.

Gullwing-Tot Lakes, which is considered to be highly prospective for lithium, covers about 7,518 hectares and is around 5.5 kilometres northeast of the Mavis Lake Main Zone where Critical has been successfully drilling since April 2022.

Regency Silver Corp said it had closed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement that raised nearly C$2.16 million for a drilling program on its flagship Dios Padre property.

The company issued 10,795,000 shares at a price of $0.20 per share for gross proceeds of $2,159,000.

Tiziana Life Sciences Ltd (NASDAQ:TLSA) highlighted milestones from the first six months of 2022 as the company advances its pipeline of next-generation therapeutics and diagnostics for oncology and immune diseases of high unmet demand.

In its interim results for the six months to June 30, 2022, the company’s R&D expenses increased from $5.6 million in the first half of 2021 to $7.5 million which it attributed to the advancement of Tiziana’s proprietary programs TZLS-401 and TZLS-501.

VanadiumCorp Resource Inc (TSX-V:VRB) has announced the opening of the company’s business office in Québec. Located in Marieville, 30 kilometres east of Montréal, the office will support the expanding technical and commercial activities of the company in Québec. These activities include the development of the previously announced vanadium electrolyte manufacturing facility expected to be located near Sherbrooke, Québec, and continued progress on the strategic vanadium mineral deposit at Lac Doré near Chibougamau, Québec. VanadiumCorp’s CEO Paul McGuigan commented: “Our company’s asset base is in Québec, and it is critical that we expand our presence there.” The business office will be led by Gilles Dupuis, the company's chief operating officer, who has a solid background in the design and construction of major projects in Québec. “Québec is rich with vanadium-titanium deposits. I am committed to advancing the company’s Lac Doré mineral resource for use in eco-friendly vanadium redox flow batteries that support green power. Our new facilities will create jobs and benefit the local communities in which we operate”, said Dupuis. The office will be open for business on January 3, 2023.
