4:05pm: Royal Helium shares add to gains late afternoon
Fission 3.0 shares closed up 9% at $0.295, while i3 Energy rose 13% to $0.39, Royal Helium finished 16% higher to $0.25, and HealthLynked (OTCQB:HLYK) ended up 14% at $0.07.
11:20am: Fission 3.0, i3 Energy shares advance sharply
Fission 3.0 Corp (TSV: FUU) shares climbed 15% to $0.31 on Thursday after the uranium project generator and exploration company announced that it has received uranium assay results from the discovery hole PLN22-035 at its Patterson Lake North project in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin, which included one continuous 15.0 metres (m) interval averaging 6.97% U3O8 (uranium oxide).
As well, shares of i3 Energy PLC (AIM:I3E, TSX:ITE, OTC:ITEEF) gained 13% to $0.39 as the independent oil and gas firm confirmed a new company production record at just over 24,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd) in December, exceeding previous estimates, and forecasts an annual average year-over-year production increase of between 10% and 13% for 2023.
i3 also noted it is increasing its 2023 minimum dividend by 59.4% above the total dividends paid during 2022.

Royal Helium Ltd (TSX-V:RHC, OTCQB:RHCCF), meanwhile, reported that it has secured the funds necessary to finance the company to first helium production at the Steveville helium field in Alberta by the second quarter of 2023. Royal Helium stock moved up 9% to $0.235 following the announcement.
And, HealthLynked (OTCQB:HLYK) Corp shares rose 20% to $0.074 on Thursday after the provider of healthcare technologies announced a new affiliation agreement with Fitness International, LLC, the operator of LA Fitness, City Sports Club, and Esporta Fitness brands.
