Tremor International shares rally on sale report

The company's shares have shed almost 50% of their value over the past twelve months

Tremor International Ltd (AIM:TRMR) shares rose almost 8% on Wednesday as investors reacted favourably to a report yesterday that it had put itself up for sale.

Sky News reported that the adtech had appointed Goldman Sachs to explore its options, though the process is believed to be at an early stage and might yet come to nothing.

Tremor shares have shed almost 50% of their value over the past twelve months with two resolutions over pay having to be withdrawn ahead of its AGM due to fears of a possible shareholder revolt.

Advertising clients of the firm include Amazon, Disney and Twitter noted the Sky News report.

Shares today were trading at 295.4p up 20.4p.
