4GLOBAL PLC (AIM:4GBL), a UK-based software company focused on major sporting events, reported a jump in first-half revenues and remains confident in achieving full-year expectations.
Revenues in the six months to 30 September 2022 climbed to £1.4mln, a 10% rise on the same period last year.
Additionally, the group said trading in the second half of the year started strongly, with £3mln of orders to be delivered in the period.
4GLOBAL also said it has a strong sales pipeline of £30mln, of which £7.3mln would fall into this year.
"Recent trading has been strong which provides the management with confidence of achieving revenue and profit growth,” said chief executive Eloy Mazon.
According to a statement, the total contracted work to be delivered this year and in subsequent years stands at £9.1mln.
During the first half, it worked with the English Football Association to deliver and maximise benefits from the Women's Euros tournament, while also providing significant operational support to “another major football tournament in the Middle East”.
“Our multimillion-dollar client wins with MACE in the Middle East, Technogym, Al Jassra Group and key partnerships with leading sport/physical activity data partners such as Jonas, IHRSA and FICC in North America provide us with confidence and excitement about the continued international expansion of the 4GLOBAL business,” Mazon added.
