CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM:CTL), an exploration and development company advancing the next generation of sustainable lithium projects in Chile, has announced that the scoping study for its Laguna Verde project is nearing completion and it intends to release the results in the first week of 2023, and has produced a new corporate video.
The company noted that Ad Infinitum were engaged in mid-2022 to prepare the study with the objective of developing a preliminary evaluation study on the Laguna Verde project in order to demonstrate the potential viability of the project necessary to demonstrate that progress to a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) can be reasonably justified.
In a statement, Adlo Boitano, chief executive of CleanTech Lithium, commented: "We are pleased that we are on course to release the very important Laguna Verde Scoping Study in the first week in January. This is an extensive study designed to demonstrate the potential value of our Laguna Verde resource of over 1.5mln tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent and I look forward to updating our shareholders and the market in early 2023.

In order to provide the market and stakeholders with a clear understanding of CleanTech Lithium's strategic, technical and operational objectives, as it targets producing battery-grade lithium in Chile in a sustainable manner from 2025, the company said an eight-minute video in English and Spanish has been produced which is now available on its website: https://ctlithium.com/media/
A German-language version of the video has also been produced and is to be uploaded as soon as it becomes available, it added, and it is intended that further versions in other languages, including Chinese and Japanese, will be available in due course.
