Oncimmune Holdings PLC (AIM:ONC) has now confirmed the signing of a master services agreement (MSA) with a ‘top 10 pharmaceutical group’ to provide its ImmunoINSIGHTS clinical laboratory services.
ImmunoINSIGHTS is an autoantibody profiling platform which is described by the company as ‘the most comprehensive human antigen library’ and a tool for antibody and biomarker discovery.
Separately, the company said it has also inked a new contract with ‘a leading UK-based biotech company’ for a collaboration on the discovery of autoantibody biomarkers for the detection of sepsis.
The contract will see Oncimmune retain all intellectual property rights from the collaboration. Upon completion of the currently envisaged collaboration period, the partner will have the option to advance to further study and commercial terms, for a 20-year licence agreement.
Today’s new business wins follow last week’s announcement that Oncimmune had signed a new ImmunoINSIGHTS agreement with an existing client.
