Tirupati Graphite PLC (LSE:TGR, OTCQX:TGRHF) CEO Shishir Poddar speaks to Proactive after issuing a clarification about the terms of its acquisition of Suni Resources SA from Battery Metals Ltd.
Poddar says that the clarification was necessary owing to confusion in the market over whether the acquisition will mean Tirupati taking on any external debt.
