Beacon Energy PLC (AIM:BCE) chief executive Larry Bottomley speaks to Proactive after announcing a reverse takeover deal for a portfolio of production, development, appraisal and exploration oil and gas assets located onshore Germany.
Bottomley explains the benefits of the deal for Beacon Energy shareholders, describing at as a "transformational transaction."
