SinglePoint, Inc. (OTC:SING) said its subsidiary BPA Solutions sees an upside in the recently passed amendments to the Buy American Act (BAA) which encourages further federal procurement of products made in the United States in the future.
One amendment requires the domestic content threshold for products purchased through federal procurement to be at least 55% to 60%, with more increases to come, SinglePoint said.
The company said BPA Solutions has positioned itself to respond favorably to the BAA as all of its products are manufactured in the US.

BPA Solutions has applied to become an approved vendor listed on the US General Services Administrative (GSA) Schedule and, once approved, can offer products to federal agencies as well as state and local government through the Cooperative Purchasing Program.
This means more financial opportunities for BPA Solutions because the company will now be able to offer its top-of-the-line products for placement or installation in Federal and state government buildings throughout the US, according to SinglePoint.
“In addition to helping clients comply with the BAA, BPA Solutions is excited about the competitive advantage, exclusive listings, faster procurements, and the ability to scale its business upon its listing on the GSA Schedule,” SinglePoint said.
A subsidiary of SinglePoint, BPA Solutions believes in providing schools with products and services designed to create a healthier, safer school environment.
SinglePoint is a sustainable lifestyle company in the solar energy and air purification markets.
