Aben Resources to focus on exploration at BC Slocan graphite project in 2023

Aben Resources (TSX-V:ABN, OTCQB:ABNAF) Ltd said exploration at the Slocan graphite property in southeastern British Columbia, Canada, will be the company’s main focus in 2023.

In an update on its corporate actions and plans for the new year, the company noted it had recently received a 50-year Area-Based Exploration permit from the BC Ministry of Energy, Mines, and Low Carbon Innovation.

Aben said it would follow up on its first comprehensive field exploration of the Slocan property this past summer with additional fieldwork and drill-testing of the previously undrilled Tedesco Conductor, located in the central part of the 2,826-hectare road-accessible Slocan property.

The company also noted that it has recently optioned its Hit project in the Yukon Territory to Rackla Metals Inc.

Further, it said that it raised $180,000 in a non-brokered private placement, not $211,500 as stated in a news release dated August 4, 2022.
