Benchmark Holdings PLC (AIM:BMK), the aquaculture biotech, has said trading of its shares on Euronext Growth Oslo will commence today.

They includes instructions for shareholders on how to transfer shareholdings between CREST and VPS (the Norwegian electronic settlement system.
In a statement, Trond Williksen, Benchmark’s chief executive, said: "By listing in Oslo, Benchmark joins the leading exchange for aquaculture and seafood globally.
“The admission to Euronext Growth Oslo is a first step towards a main market listing on Oslo Børs, raising Benchmark's profile in our sector and creating an even stronger foundation for the Company's next growth phase."
Benchmark completed a private placing yesterday that raised NKr 158mln ( £13mln approximately).
Following the Euronext listing, Laura Lavers has joined as a non-executive director and also acquired 530,000 shares in the company through the private placement.
