South Star Battery Metals CEO Richard Pearce joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has finished off its Phase 1 drilling program at the Ceylon Project in Alabama. Pearce telling Proactive the drilling program was 12 holes of core drilling amounting to 506 meters. The company says the first 6 holes all came back confirming at or near-surface mineralization in all holes. The info will be part of the maiden NI 43-101 resource estimate planned for Q1 2023. Pearce also told Proactive, the company’s pilot plant metallurgical testing of 3 tons of bulk sampled material at the Mineral Research Laboratory of North Carolina State University is also complete.
