Keywords Studios PLC (AIM:KWS, OTC:KYYWF), the international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry, said it has acquired Italian PR and communications agency LabCom for an initial consideration of €1mln (£860,000).
Joining Keywords’ Engage service line, LabCom will strengthen Keywords' marketing capabilities and reach in PR and communications services in Europe, the company noted.
LabCom focuses predominantly on the video game sector in Italy and its clients include some of the largest brands and titles in the industry, including Riot Games, Konami and Bethesda.
