Mason Graphite Inc (TSX-V:LLG, OTCQX:MGPHF) said it has decided to increase the size of its board of directors from six to seven with the appointment of Adree Delazzer, effective following its annual general and special shareholder meeting to be held virtually on December 20, 2022.
Mason Graphite noted in a statement that DeLazzer has more than 15 years of experience in greenfield and brownfield exploration, with a focus on precious metals, rare earth metals, uranium, and diamonds.
She joined Royal Fox Gold Inc (TSX-V:FOXG) as vice president in September 2021 and continued in the same role with Northern Superior Resources Inc following the merger with Royal Fox Gold.

DeLazzer has previously served at Kirkland Gold Limited as superintendent of geology for the Detour Lake gold mine, and as a senior project geologist on several multi-commodity targets in Newfoundland and Labrador for Silver Spruce Resources (TSX-V:SSE).
Mason Graphite chairman Fahad Al-Tamimi said the board was looking forward to welcoming DeLazzer to the team. “Her expertise and experience will be a great addition to the board,” he said.
Mason Graphite is focused on developing vertical and horizontal integration in the mining industry, with a special focus on industrial and specialty minerals, notably battery-related materials and their by-products. Its strategy also includes the development of value-added products, notably for green technologies like transport electrification.
