Wizz Air Holdings PLC (AIM:WIZZ) said it carried over 3.68mln passengers in November 2022, 69.6% more than in the same month last year.
The load factor climbed to 88.1% from 76.1%, the European budget airline said in a statement.
Commenting on its CO2 emissions, the company said these were 53.3 grams per passenger/km in November, down 16.2% year-on-year.
Wizz Air said it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Vienna-based oil, gas and chemicals company OMV for the supply of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) between 2023 and 2030, which means the airline can buy up to 185,000 metric tons of SAF from OMV.
