Premier African Minerals Limited (LON:PREM) said the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Enterprise Development in Zimbabwe has requested a further 48 hours to formerly conclude the restructuring proposal for the RHA tungsten mine.

Cello Health plc (LON:CLL) said it was notified that, on 31 October 2018, its chief executive, Mark Scott purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the company at a price of 113p each. Following the purchase, the firm added, Scott holds 1,465,475 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.39% of the company's issued ordinary share capital.
