Trinity Capital PLC (LON:TRC), up 157% to 4.5p. Disposing of several assets for around £8.8mln, while the agreement with Immobilien Funds will also see the pending legal proceedings discontinued.
Chagala Group Limited (LON:CGLO), up 44% to US$1.80. Announced on Friday that one of its shareholders, Asian Investment management Services, was increasing its stake and purchasing 1.25mln shares at a price of US$1.55, a premium to yesterday’s close.
Infastrata PLC (LON:INFA), up 12% to 1.15p. The gas storage specialist announced a competent person report on the state of the UK gas storage market, which stated that there were “technical problems” with UK’s the two main stores.
FALLERS
Michelmersh Brick Holdings Plc (LON:MBH), down 18% to 51.5p. Lowered expectations for the current year due to falling average selling prices although says it is still well-placed for future growth.
Bushveld Mineral Limited (LON:BMN), down 15% to 1.42p. Raised £750,000 through a placing of 53.5mln shares at 1.4p each – a slight discount to this morning’s open.
Arcontech Group PLC (LON:ARC), down 8% to 41p. The real-time market data management solutions provider announced that it has been elected as a member of the Steering Committee for Open-MAMA alongside the likes of JP Morgan.

Malvern International PLC (LON:MLVN), up 33% to 4p. It has converted £178,000 of its loan with KSP Investments into shares, at a premium price of 5p per share.
Kolar Gold Ltd (LON:KGLD), up 10% to 1.6p. The JORC compliant resource has “materially increased” at the Jonnagiri project in India, which is owned by Geomysore Services (India), in which Kolar has a 22.31% interest.
Acacia Mining PLC (LON:ACA), up 12% to 525p. Reported a “strong” third quarter, which saw gold production increase as well as sales of the precious metal.
FALLERS
RTC Group plc (LON:RTC), down 22% to 42p. Warned on full year results after delays to several projects have hit second half trading.
JP Morgan European Investment Tst PLC (LON:JETG), down 4% to 255p. Reported a list of its net asset values.
