PDD Holdings Inc (ADR), the parent company of Temu and Pinduoduo. PDD is a China-based multinational commerce group that owns and operates a portfolio of businesses. PDD Holdings aims to bring more businesses and people into the digital economy so that local communities and small businesses can benefit from the increased productivity and new opportunities. PDD Holdings has built a network of sourcing, logistics, and fulfillment capabilities, that support its underlying businesses. Its Amerian Depositary Receipts have been listed on New York's NASDAQ Global Select Market since July 2018, previously as Pinduoduo Inc, a Chinese online platform focused connecting farmers and distributors with consumers directly through its interactive shopping experience. It changed its name to PDD Holdings in February 2023.
