Update re Change of Name

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior design and furnishings group, confirms that, further to its announcement in its interim results on 14 October 2020, the Company's proposed change of name to Sanderson Design Group plc is expected to become effective on 30 November 2020, subject to Companies House processing.

It is anticipated that share dealings under the new name, and the new TIDM of SDG, will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 1 December 2020.

The ISIN and SEDOL in respect of the Company's ordinary shares remain unchanged.

Existing share certificates will remain valid and shareholders need take no action in connection with the name change.
